Mark A. Middleton, Broker

Mark Middleton has been a Realtor in Florida since early 2017, launching his professional career at Keller Williams, Mark spent his first three years learning and growing both his business and team before making the switch to eXp Realty. A little more than three years later, in December 2022, Mark made the move to Broker/Realtor with the opening of Silver Trident Realty. Mark has been recognized for his accomplishments throughout his real estate career, first with achieving Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams and earning the Chairman’s Award and eXp’s Icon Award 3 times. In 2020 Mark was recognized as the Good Neighbor Award winner in
Pinellas County for his continued work with the Dunedin History Museum.
Mark holds the role of Vice President for the 2024 Pinellas Realtor Association and is a member of the Florida Realtors Board of Directors. Along the way, Mark has earned several important designations and certifications including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), as well as extensive training with the National Association of Realtors relating to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
